Shotcrete Nozzlman

Each applicant must fill out an application. ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 500 NOZZLING HOURS TO QUALIFY.

The EXAMINERS name and certification session date must be on each application for the San Diego Chapterand ACI processing purposes. Any questions concerning the applications can be handled by the San Diego Chapter and/or examiner of the
session. ALL APPLICATIONS and FEES are MAILED DIRECTLY TO THE

American Concrete Institute San Diego Chapter PRIOR TO THE SESSION DATE.

THE APPLICANTS WORK HISTORY AND NOZZLING HOURS MUST BE

SENT TO THE San Diego Chapter and the EXAMINER for verification. Copy of workman’s compensation and liability insurance.

** Note: AmericanConcrete Institute San Diego Chapter will sponsor
certification only if candidates have been through an approved Education and Safety training program. ACI Policy for Sponsoring Groups preforming Certification mandates developing a program delivery process
that establishes separation between the education/ training and testing divisions of the sponsoring group.

Please contact - Shotcrete Concrete Contractors Association for an approved Shotcrete Educator in your area – The ACI CP-60 will be supplied and used for Education and training – SCCA Guide to Shotcrete Safety will also be supplied for the Safety education and training.
